The TBG Supervisor position includes duties relating to the transportation, custodial/maintenance, and buildings and grounds. Applicants must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid CDL with "P" & "S" endorsement. They need to have a working knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems in order to be able to make "common sense" decisions. The ability to manage people and have good interpersonal communication skills is essential. The successful candidate will also have good management, analytical, and organizational skills, and have the ability to "multi-task." A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential, as well as the ability to learn proprietary software programs used in the corporation day-to-day operations.
The TBG Supervisor works under the supervision and direction of the Superintendent and building administrators. This position is provided limited clerical support as needed.
The TBG Supervisor position is a 260-day (12 months) Salaried Position, based on an 8 hour day flexible daily schedule, and adjusted as needed. The salary will be established by the Board. The position is eligible for the Non-Certified Benefits package, including 403(b) participation and match, PERF, paid vacation days, paid holidays, paid sick/personal days, vision and dental insurance at no premium cost, life insurance policy at no premium cost, and eligible for single to family health insurance plans.
